01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betj9 ("betj9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the betj9 website at betj9.vip and the betj9 Android application (collectively, "the Platform").

02Account Registration

To access betting, casino games, deposits and withdrawals on betj9, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Pakistan mobile number and accurate personal information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC or other identification document.

• Each person may hold only one betj9 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information is a breach of these Terms.

03Age Requirement — 18+ Only

betj9 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or play any game on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above.

betj9 takes underage access seriously. If there is any reason to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 18 years of age, betj9 will immediately suspend the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and may permanently close the account. Any winnings generated on an underage account will be voided.

04Deposits and Payments

All deposits and balances on betj9 are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved — what you deposit is what appears in your betj9 account balance. betj9 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available in the cashier from time to time.

• The minimum deposit on betj9 is PKR 300 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and PKR 500 for bank transfer and card methods.
• betj9 does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside betj9's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name, matching your betj9 account details. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• betj9 reserves the right to return deposits to their source without crediting them to the account balance if third-party funding or irregularities are detected.

• betj9 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the active cash ier at the time of deposit.

05Withdrawals

betj9 processes withdrawal requests back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the player's name. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or the player's registered bank account as available.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours on business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.
• Before your first withdrawal, betj9 may require completion of identity verification including submission of your CNIC and proof of payment method. This is a standard process and is required to protect all players.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be requested against bonus-related winnings. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the Promotions page.
• betj9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal amount will be temporarily held. betj9 aims to resolve verification queries as quickly as possible.
• Withdrawals requested to a different name or a third-party account will not be processed and will be returned to the betj9 account balance pending resolution.

06Bonuses and Promotions

betj9 offers deposit bonuses, reload promotions, free spins campaigns, cricket season offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made available. Players are strongly advised to read those terms before opting into any promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.

07Sports Betting Rules

betj9 offers sports betting on cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and global tournaments — as well as football, esports, and other sports as available on the Platform. All bets are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market as displayed at the time of placing the bet.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a bet slip reference number is issued. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid and betj9 is not liable for unconfirmed wagers.
• In-play bets during live cricket and football matches are offered subject to market availability. Odds during in-play betting update in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the time specified in the market rules, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's official rules as stated in the bet slip terms for that market.
• betj9 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a system error, obvious pricing mistake, or data feed failure. Affected bets will have stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per market are displayed before bet confirmation and are binding. Betj9 is not obligated to pay out amounts exceeding the stated maximum payout for any single wager.
• Any attempt to exploit latency in live odds, engage in match-fixing, or manipulate outcomes using non-public information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

08Casino Games and Slots

All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that ensures outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider.

10Account Suspension and Closure

betj9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of the account presents a risk to betj9 or other players.

• Upon suspension, access to betting, deposits and withdrawals will be restricted pending investigation. betj9 will notify the account holder and conduct a review as quickly as reasonably possible.
